The machine is the latest product in ourcompany adopting PLC, frequency converter, and man-machine interface. It cancheck on-line and eliminate the waste plate by itself.   In accordance with GMP rule requirement, itis an ideal blister packing machine for aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-plastic,paper-plastic packing. And it has got high popularity. The products have beenappraised as the provincial science and technology accomplishments.

Feature

1.     Equippedwith fiber-optic checking mechanism, which can eliminate by itself the wasteplate with lack of medicine, thus gain a qualified recovery rate of 100%.

2.     Blisterforming, heat-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing andcutting etc all adopt gear mandrel orientation, each can move freely in themandrel when rotating the hand wheel, and the machine equipped with a staff gauge and tightening nuts for calibrationand orientation.

3.     Forming mould, heat-sealing mould and pressing mouldadopt bolt orientating, with features of accuratet orientation, easy to changemoulds and material saving.

4.     All the movement of heating, forming, upper and lower netveins pressing, air cylinder pressing, feeding, lot number printing and cuttingcan be done very simple, automatically and accurately.

5.     Maintransmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, withstable running, low noise and long service life.

6.     Theforming of hard Aluminum of other factories adopts the concave-convex coordinationto lock the mold and it will leave behind a scoop channel on the plate. Thetravel range must be prolonged above 2mm, so that the scoop channel will be cutas scrap. It is calculated the scrap sum up to several hundred thousand Yuanannually. The forming of hard Aluminum with our equipment adopts the imported& special rubber lock mold. The surface of the molding is smooth. Eachcutting will save above 2mm the material (approximately 2.5%). Because theprice of cold forming aluminum is expensive, Massive materials will be savedannually by using our machine. Thus the economic efficiency is remarkable.

7.     Thebody of machine is manufactured separately in order to move the machine intoworkshop conveniently.
