The machineis designed and further improved on the base of original full automatic capsulefilling machine from both home and aboard. With high technology and exclusiveperformance, it has reached international leading level. It is an idealequipment for capsule and medicine in pharmaceutical industry which is in fullcompliance with GMP requirements.

Itadopted PLC programmable controller, stepless frequency inverter, man-machineinterface to operate and touch screen display (Type A&B is a Touch Paneloperation). With fault or lack of material, the machine will automaticallyalarm and shut down, and eliminate automatic alarm after troubleshooting.NJP-800/1000/1200 owns functions of password input, parameter setting, the printdata, resetting.

Allthe key pieces of the drive shaft and the camshaft for the machine are adoptingthe imported materials.

4.     Simplicity and convenience of dismantling, installation and clean,various models of mould can be replaced (the mould of 800 model and 1000 modelas well as 1200 model can be replaced mutually on the same machine) (and themould of 200 model and 400 model as well as 600 model can be replaced mutuallyon the same machine) to meet different capacity requirements.
